About the role

Maxius Trading Pte. Ltd. is seeking a driven and experienced Leasing Manager to join our team in the Tai Seng North-East Region. As a Leasing Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing the leasing operations for our commercial property portfolio, ensuring the efficient and profitable utilisation of our assets. This full-time position will require you to work closely with our clients, tenants, and internal stakeholders to secure new leases, renew existing ones, and optimise occupancy rates.

Responsivities

  • Developing and implementing strategic leasing plans to maximise revenue and occupancy for our commercial properties

  • Actively marketing vacant spaces to prospective tenants, conducting viewings, and negotiating lease terms

  • Managing the leasing process, including drafting and reviewing lease agreements, coordinating with legal and finance teams, and ensuring timely lease renewal

  • Maintaining strong relationships with existing tenants, addressing their concerns, and facilitating lease renewal

  • Analysing market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to identify opportunities and inform leasing strategies

  • Collaborating with the property management team to ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of leased properties

  • Preparing detailed reports and presentations to keep management informed of leasing performance and market conditions


Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in commercial real estate leasing, preferably within the property management or development industry

  • Excellent negotiation and client relationship management skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with a diverse range of stakeholders

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret market data and identify strategic opportunities

  • Proficiency in lease administration, contract management, and financial analysis

  • Thorough understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices

  • Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding leasing targets

  • Degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field
