Job scope:

• Conduct classroom and practical training for food safety, workplace safety, and other WSQ/non-WSQ courses.

• Coach Service ACEs and provide performance feedback to mid-management during operations.

• Conduct promotional assessments and monitor service standards and soft skills at outlets.

• Support staff development through training, coaching, and learning plans.

• Conduct QA checks, 5S audits, and Service Audits with department leads.

• Provide updates on outlet performance and staff progress.

• Support company initiatives and training-related projects.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of F&B management experience or fine dining experience

• ACTA/ACLP, DACE, or WSET Level 2 and above is an advantage.
