Our client is seeking a Social Worker to join their team!

Working Day: 5 days

Working Hour: 830am-530pm

Working Location: Hougang

Salary Range: $3,800-$4,500

What you'll be doing?

• Casework Management: Provide comprehensive support to clients with varying needs, addressing risk and safety concerns.

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal and external partners to achieve positive case plan outcomes.

• Group Work: Participate in and implement targeted group activities for clients and other stakeholders.

• Community Development: Contribute to community initiatives and offer recommendations for improvement.

• Team Support: Assist the Assistant Director & Head of FSC/Director/Management with additional duties as required.

Who are they looking for?

• Social Work or Counselling Qualification: Degree, Graduate Diploma, or Master's in Social Work, or a Degree or Master's in Counselling is a must for this role.

• Open to All Experience Levels: Candidates with no prior experience are welcomed to apply. Experience working with individuals and families is an advantage but not required.

• Strong Writing Skills: Demonstrate proficiency in report writing to effectively document and communicate case information.

• Excellent Communication: Possess good interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders.

• Organizational Abilities: Show strong organizational skills to manage multiple cases and responsibilities efficiently.
