Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Officer to join our team. The role involves supporting human resources functions, while providing opportunities to contribute to business growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruitment processes, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.

• Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.

• Support onboarding and induction programs for new hires.

• Prepare reports and presentations on HR metrics, staff performance, and training needs.

• Liaise with internal teams to identify operational improvements and assist in process enhancements.

• Support special projects, including client engagement, business development initiatives, and market research.

• Coordinate and maintain communication with vendors, partners, and clients as required.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Willingness to learn and contribute to business growth initiatives.

• Prior exposure to client management, sales support, or recruitment coordination is a plus.

• Work Location: Jurong East (8mins from MRT)

• Work Day: Monday - Friday

• Working Hours: 8.30am - 6.00pm
