Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Trainers, RMS Engineers, and Technical Writers to design and develop comprehensive training materials, including: Training Syllabus, Training Programme, Training Materials

• Ensure all training content aligns with contractual, technical, and customer specifications

• Maintain the accuracy, completeness, and relevance of all training materials

• Ensure all training content is of high quality and suitable for delivery to both internal and external stakeholders

• Create and update technical manuals, user guides, and training documents in accordance with industry standards (e.g., ASD-STE100)

• Collaborate with engineers and technical teams to gather system and product information

• Ensure all documentation is well-structured, clear, concise, and technically accurate

• Facilitate vetting and review sessions with engineers and other technical stakeholders

• Ensure all training materials and documents meet quality assurance requirements and contractual obligations

• Conduct technical training for internal staff and external customers

• Ensure training objectives are achieved, and participants understand required competencies

• Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements as needed

• Prepare and issue Course Joining Instructions (CJI), including training schedules and necessary requirements

• Serve as the primary contact for customer feedback, clarifications, and endorsement of training outcomes

• Work closely with Trainers and Technical Writers to maintain consistent standards in training delivery and documentation

• Support team members by providing guidance in content development and technical understanding

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technical Communication, Education, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)

• Minimum 1-2 of experience in training development, delivery, and technical writing

• Candidate without experience may apply as training will be provided

• Strong background in technical documentation, product engineering, or maintenance documentation

• Experience in vetting training materials and supporting quality assurance processes

• Strong technical writing capabilities with knowledge of documentation standards (e.g., ASD-STE100)

• Excellent training delivery skills with the ability to simplify complex technical information

• Experience working in structured or technical environments (e.g., engineering, defence, aerospace, manufacturing) is an advantage
