Technical Training Lead (Defence) | Boon Lay | Up to $6500 #5252 - #1130483

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Trainers, Engineers, and Technical Writers to develop comprehensive training documents, including: Training Syllabus, Training Programme & Training Materials

• Ensure all training content aligns with contractual, technical, and customer requirements

• Ensure all training materials are complete, accurate, and suitable for training delivery

• Oversee the overall quality of the product training package before submission to the customer

• Conduct final reviews and vetting of training materials for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with contractual obligations

• Lead vetting sessions with Root Mean Square (RMS) Engineers, Design Engineers, and System Security Engineering (SSE) to ensure quality assurance standards are met

• Supervise the execution of training programs to ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards

• Track training schedules to ensure timely delivery of all modules and content

• Assess training effectiveness and ensure that course objectives and learning outcomes are achieved

• Support the acquisition of technical and product knowledge through collaboration with Design Engineers and OEMs

• Participate in product trials, validation activities, and technical reviews to strengthen content accuracy

• Prepare and issue Course Joining Instructions, detailing schedules, requirements, and logistics

• Serve as the primary contact point for customer communication, feedback, and endorsement of training deliverables

• Lead, guide, and mentor Trainers to ensure effective and high-quality training delivery

• Provide direction and support in the development of training materials and troubleshooting issues during training sessions

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Education, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)

• ACLP certification required

• 8–10 years of experience in the training field with responsibilities in training development and delivery

• Experience in leading technical teams, including in high-pressure or structured environments (e.g., military, defence, or similar) is a plus.

• Strong technical knowledge in product engineering, maintenance documentation, and training development processes

• Experience in vetting training materials and ensuring quality assurance standards
