Our client, home to prestigious luxury brands, is looking for a dedicated Client Service Advisor to manage service, sales, and after-sales requests while upholding the brand's identity and vision.
Your Role: As a Client Ambassador, you will be the representative, ensuring that every customer interaction reflects our quality standards. You’ll manage sales inquiries, assist with service requests, and provide valuable feedback to improve the customer experience. This is a dynamic role requiring exceptional communication skills and a deep understanding of luxury service.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer contacts via phone, email, live chat, and social media across the SEAO region
Facilitate online and phone sales to meet set goals and targets
Provide detailed information about our brands while collecting and sharing customer feedback
Accurately process customer data in accordance with our data security policies
Identify and report customer satisfaction trends to drive continuous improvement
Collaborate with our Customer Service team to handle repairs and after-sales requests
Ensure all interactions adhere to Richemont’s policies, maintaining professionalism and brand integrity at all times
Requirements:
Proven experience in call center/customer service management
Knowledge of CRM systems (ideally Salesforce), telephony, and social media management tools
Experience with quality monitoring and customer satisfaction strategies
Proficiency in English and Vietnamese to support our Vietnamese clients
Strong relationship-building skills and a commitment to delivering the highest level of customer service

Working Schedule: 5 day work week (including weekends and /or Public holidays)
Work Timing: Shift hours, no overnight shifts
