Assistant Operations Manager - #1127983

What You'll Do:

In this role, you will be the operational leader responsible for the seamless functioning of our warehouse and field services. Your core duties will be:

Warehouse & Inventory Management:

• Design and optimize warehouse layout and storage strategies to maximize space and efficiency.

• Oversee all inventory operations, including weekly supply planning and monthly reconciliation, to ensure optimal stock levels and accuracy.

Operations & Team Leadership:

• Manage daily scheduling and deployment of all staff to meet operational demands across sites.

• Serve as a key point of escalation, addressing team concerns and fostering a supportive work environment.

Stakeholder Relations & Customer Service

• Act as the primary contact for customers, suppliers, and partners, building strong professional relationships.

• Negotiate contracts and license renewals, and ensure the timely resolution of any customer issues to maintain a high standard of service.

Safety, Compliance & Reporting

• Champion workplace safety by implementing and monitoring safety programs, security protocols, and 5S housekeeping standards.

• Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management, providing insights and supporting strategic decision-making.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experiences in logistics/warehouse/operations

• Familiar with scheduling

• Forklift license and Valid SG class 3 license is a plus

• Proactive, meticulous and team player

• Five-and-half day work week
