Responsibilities:
• Work closely with top management, relevant departments and customer for project execution – interface with all areas affected by the project
• Track schedules, establish communication plans, manage risk/issues and measure project results
• Report project results to top management
• Facilitate creative efforts to resolve issues and develop quality deliverables to achieve corporate objectives
• Communicate with relevant stakeholders to prioritise project requirements and issues resolutions to ensure successful delivery of project
• Eliminate difficulties stakeholders face in their daily routine of operations
• Review, create and approve business processes to be in alignment with company’s requirements and SOP
• Challenge status quo by offering pragmatic and efficient processes
• Educate stakeholders on best industrial practices
• Monitor and measure performance, effectiveness and efficiency of specific core business processes
• Leading a successful project implementation with a high level of satisfaction and acceptance across all levels of stakeholders, including customers

Requirements:
• Degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management, Information System or Information Technology with minimum of 10 years working experience
• Minimum 5 cycles of end-to-end project management experience in semiconductor environment
• Experienced in managing change across levels within an organisation
• Strong problem solving skills
• Able to articulate all aspects of problems and solutions
• Able to identify gaps
• Able to prioritise change to achieve the overall business objectives
• Flexible to adapt a workaround solution into business process and close the loop with a long term solution
• Strong analytical and communication skills, including the ability to gather user requirements and identify potential solutions
• Able to collaborate closely with multiple functional and business teams in developing agreed, controlled yet flexible business process
• Able to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
• Able to work in a dynamic and challenging environment
• Detailed-oriented
