Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing employment contracts, conducting orientation sessions, and coordinating exit interviews.
Manage day-to-day HR activities, including maintaining employee records
Administer and process payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies, applicable laws and regulations.
Manage and maintain HRIS, claim system and Time Attendance system to ensure data accuracy and system efficiency.
Address employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and other HR-related matters.
Monitoring personal files and HRIS records are updated timely and accurately.
Participate in HR projects and initiatives as needed.
Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned.
Requirements
Min Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, or other related courses of studies or equivalent
At least 3 years of similar HR experience in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with HRIS, payroll software and excel.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks effectively.
Proficient in HRIS system, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and MS PowerPoint.
Proficient in the English language, both verbal and written.
