Key Responsibilities
Support and increase direct sales to end-users in Singapore; Manage and strengthen relationships with distributors in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, and the Philippines.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in existing and untapped regional markets.
Collaborate with distributors to set sales targets, provide training, and assist with market development.
Present product benefits and safety features to ensure user adoption and satisfaction.
Monitor competitor activities and recommend strategies to sustain a competitive edge.
Proactively schedule customer visits to build a sales pipeline and convert leads into revenue.
Submit weekly reports on visit activities, market feedback, and follow-up actions.
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical or B2B industrial sales or chemical sales
Diploma or degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or a relevant technical field is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging technical users and purchasing teams.
Self-motivated and disciplined, with the ability to work independently.
