About the role
As HR Supervisor at GOLDEN PHOENIX SOLAR ENERGY PTE.LTD.', you will play a key role in managing the company's human resources operations. This full-time position is based in Paya Lebar East, East Region. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day HR functions and supporting the HR team in delivering exceptional service to employees.
What you'll be doing
Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding
Administer employee benefits, payroll, and leave management
Provide HR advice and support to managers and employees on a range of HR-related matters
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
Assist with HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement surveys and training programmes
Maintain accurate employee records and generate HR reports as required
Collaborate with the HR team to continuously improve HR processes and enhance the employee experience
What we're looking for
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably in the Consulting & Generalist HR industry
Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws and regulations
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Proficient in HR systems and Microsoft Office suite
Proactive, organised, and able to prioritise multiple tasks
A team player with a positive and customer-oriented attitude
