Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for soliciting new prospects through cold calling using the customer list and updating internal company sales system activities of customers.
Responsible for maintaining customer accounts.
Responsible for bookkeeping of customer list activities.
Responsible for developing and updating department work manuals.
Responsible for generating Project Information Reports for the Sales Team and Management.
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Sales Manager (SM).
Job Qualifications:
Minimum NITEC, Secondary School GCE “O” Level, or relevant qualification.
Basic knowledge of sales administration or customer management will be an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with internal sales or CRM systems is a plus.
Experience Required:
Minimum 1 year of experience in sales administration, customer support, or a related field.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Good interpersonal and communication skills, especially for customer engagement and cold calling.
High level of personal and professional work ethics.
Ability to make decisions, solve problems, and work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong planning, organizational, and time-management skills.
A team player who is flexible and adaptable to changing work demands.
Customer-oriented mindset with attention to detail.
