Job Descriptions:
· Greet visitors and clients professionally at the front desk, and serve beverages as needed.
· Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls to the relevant personnel.
· Support the sales team with order processing, documentation, and data entry.
· Maintain and update customer sales records in the database.
· Assist the operations team with daily administrative tasks, including document checking and filing.
· Arrange courier services and coordinate with freight forwarders for goods delivery.
· Liaise with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth movement of materials and finished goods.
· Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.
Job Requirements:
· 1 year of admin/logistics experience preferred.
· Familiar with ERP systems (e.g., AutoCount) and MS Office.
· Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
