Team Lead Experience in QC is a must
Job Scope:
Maintain adherence to Quality Management Systems and all customer and regulatory requirements, including but not limited to ISO 9001 standards.
Supervise quality control activities, ensuring effective inspection processes and leading the QC team to consistently achieve quality targets.
Leverage data analysis to identify trends, resolve quality issues, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional departments as well as external stakeholders such as customers, auditors, and suppliers to support quality objectives.
Address customer concerns promptly, driving the implementation of corrective and preventive actions to prevent recurrence.
Deliver training programs and certify QC and production personnel to ensure understanding and compliance with established quality procedures and standards.
Requirement:
Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering
5 Years of supervisory experience
Knowledge in ISO9001:2015, ISO14000 & ISO45001
Knowledge in PFMEA, Statistics & Control Plan
