Sales Executive (Construction / Waterproofing Solutions)

• Salary Package: Up to $5,000 basic salary + Monthly Commission + AWS

• Working Location: Sengkang

• Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 8:00am – 6:00pm

  • Saturday: 8:00am – 1:00pm

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in the construction and building materials industry. This role is ideal for a hunter-style salesperson who enjoys generating leads, managing projects, and closing deals. Training will be provided for our waterproofing products and solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Work on sales leads provided by the company and actively generate new business opportunities

• Conduct sales lead generation and expand the customer base within the construction industry

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships with contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders

• Receive on-the-job training on waterproofing products and technical solutions

• Manage projects from sales to completion, including post-project follow-up

• Prepare technical details, specifications, and documentation for tender submissions

• Coordinate internally to ensure smooth execution of awarded projects

Requirements

• 1 year of relevant sales experience in construction or building products/services

• Experience in waterproofing products and services
