Job Scope:

• Ensure 24/7 SAP system availability and performance.

• Manage user administration, authorizations, monitoring, and system configuration.

• Perform OS and database maintenance to support daily operations.

• Resolve SAP service tickets within agreed service levels.

• Maintain documentation of SAP architecture and integrations.

• Work with stakeholders and vendors on system enhancements and issue resolution.

• Support SAP/IT projects and perform duties assigned by the manager.

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.

• Minimum 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in SAP Basis Administration.

• Knowledge of SAP HANA and NetWeaver technologies.

• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA environment
