Experienced Quantity Surveyor for Landed Residential BUNGALOW Projects - #1130205

1. Full responsibility of QS for all projects from start to completion; and

2. Must have the ability to manage, plan, initiate, execute, organize, motivate, monitor and communication well; and work independently; and

3. Able to work with tasks assigned from tender stage till completion of projects; and

4. Able multitask assigned procurements of few construction projects.; and

5. To ensure that the construction project is completed within its projected budget; and

6. To involve in Purchase Order/ price/forecast the cost of the different materials needed for the project. prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other documentation; and

7. To work with Project Managers and/or Supervisor for the progress payment and issuance payment certificates and to be assigned work related to complete the project handover; and

Job Requirements:

• At least Diploma and above

• At least 2 years experience as QS

• 5 days subject to change but expected to complete the task assigned at own arrangement due for submission or urgent support for site matters.
