Senior / Executive, Development Office (Donations Information and Analytics) - #1130233

You will manage the Hospital’s donor databases, process all donations systematically and promptly, and oversee the gift management system whilst ensuring the accuracy and confidentiality of all records. You will support stewardship efforts through the timely acknowledgement of gifts, preparation of reports, and maintenance of engagement data. You will also leverage various in-house systems to collate statistics, provide analytical and stewardship reports, and track the department’s Key Performance Indicators. Additionally, you will coordinate donation platforms and portals and serve as the department’s information administrator. You will assist in drafting case proposals for the Hospital’s Better Health Fund.

Requirements

• Degree in any discipline, preferably with at least 2 years’ experience in data management and analytics

• Experience in donor stewardship, database management, or fundraising analytics would be an advantage

• Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills, with strong information management acumen

• Self-motivated team player with the ability to work independently and meet tight timelines
