Production Supervisor (Manufacturing) - #1130156

Responsibilities:

• Plan for manpower for the production lines, receiving of incoming materials

• Command and control operations in the production line.

• Ensure Production schedule is being executed accordingly.

• Overseeing quality control throughout the production process. (i.e Water Quality, Packaging Quality, packaging shell-life, packaging coding, correct packaging material being used, etc)

• Ensure that the daily targets / KPIs are met.

• Improve operational processes to enhance efficiency / productivity so as to meet standard cycle time.

• Eliminate unnecessary wastages

• Maintain all machines to run at their fullest capabilities and reduce down time, resolving production equipment and machines issues where needed.  – To report to Production Manager if downtime / machine breakdown – more than 10 minutes

• Ensure all raw materials availability for Production runs

• Ensure all production summary reports are submitted on time and accurately.

• Updating the Production Manager on the status of production runs

• Drive for continuous improvement in the lines.

• Any other tasks assigned by Production Manager and Management Team

Job Specifications

1.      Minimum Education / Qualifications “0” level above

2.      Minimum Years of Relevant Experience (3 years)

3.      Able to read and write Chinese

Proven work experience as Production Supervisor

Ability to confidently and proactively supervise production teams.

Exceptional analytical ability toward solving production-related concerns.

Knowledge of procuring materials, equipment, and labor needed throughout the production process.

Proficiency in quality control, managing budgets, and production costing.

Competence with computer-based administration, record-keeping and procurement systems.

Ability to work independently under the Production Manager, and as part of a production team.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills toward managing human resources and liaising with other departments.
