Assistant Manager, Investor Relations and Sustainability - #1130149

The Role

• This position supports and advances MPACT's sustainability reporting and ESG communications, while contributing to broader investor relations activities.

• The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in sustainability and ESG matters, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate complex sustainability data into clear, compelling narratives for investors and stakeholders.

• This role offers the opportunity to develop deep expertise in sustainability while ensuring ESG communications are strategically aligned with investor relations objectives.

Job Responsibilities

Sustainability Reporting & ESG Communications (Primary Focus)

• Work with internal departments, external stakeholders, and consultants to prepare, draft, and coordinate MPACT’s annual sustainability report

• Conduct ESG benchmarking and research on industry peers and best practices

• Compile and analyse sustainability metrics and KPI tracking

• Prepare sustainability-related content for management reporting, investor communications and presentations

• Support compliance with sustainability reporting frameworks and standards (GRI, GRESB, SBTi, etc.)

• Engage with ESG rating agencies and sustainability-focused investors

• Develop communications materials that effectively convey ESG performance to investors

Investor Relations Support

• Assist in the production of investor materials including the annual report, sustainability report, presentations, press releases, and other announcements

• Conduct peer benchmarking and market research

• Support investor and analyst events including AGMs, roadshows, and results briefings

• Assist the department in other investor relations and sustainability matters

Job Requirements

• Degree in Sustainability, Economics, Finance, Business, Real Estate, or related fields

• At least 4-6 years of relevant experience in sustainability reporting, ESG communications, corporate communications, or investor relations

• Experience with sustainability reporting

• Familiarity with Bloomberg would be advantageous

• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail

• Proficient with MS Office applications such as PowerPoint, Excel and Word

• Excellent communication skills (written and spoken) in both English and Chinese to support of investor relations activities, and to communicate effectively with Chinese-speaking and English-speaking stakeholders
