Summary:
Involved in machine design and development projects
Work closely with engineers from multiple disciplines
Hands-on exposure to automation and semiconductor equipment
Job Responsibilities:
Prepare and update detailed 2D and 3D mechanical drawings using Creo.
Support engineers in the design and development of machines and automation systems.
Create and maintain Bill of Materials (BOM) and other technical documentation.
Ensure drawings meet tolerance, quality, and manufacturability requirements.
Coordinate with Electrical, Software, and Vision teams for design integration.
Assist in design reviews and implement revisions as needed.
Willing to work extended hours during critical project stages.
Job Requirements:
Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical Engineering, Drafting, or related field.
Minimum 2–3 years of drafting experience in semiconductor machinery or automation equipment.
Proficient in Creo (Pro/ENGINEER) for 2D and 3D drafting.
Good understanding of mechanical design principles, GD&T, and tolerance stack-up.
Team player, detail-oriented, and able to work independently under tight timelines.
Experience in high-speed automation or die attach machines is an advantage.
