Senior / Business Analyst

Location: Tuas

•                     Follow up on status of departmental level KPI, OGSM and OKR for respective departments

•                     Improve visibility of key data to Management team of Company by building dashboard and business analysis

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Performance & KPI analysis

•                     Analyse monthly financial performance of respective business units, including variance analysis against budget and prior periods

•                     Monitor KPIs and create dashboards to track financial and operational performance

•                     Analyse key business drivers, identify trends, and highlight risks and opportunities

Business Partnering & Decision Support

•                     Work with business leaders to drive the progress of OGSM (i.e. strategic plans) of respective business units

•                     Provide financial insights to business leaders to support strategic and operational decisions

•                     Drive performance review discussions with cross-functional stakeholders

•                     Support business initiatives with cost-benefit analysis, scenario planning, and sensitivity testing

Data Analytics & Process Improvement

•                     Use data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, SQL, Excel) to create automated reports and improve data quality

•                     Evaluate and enhance existing BI reporting processes to increase efficiency and accuracy

Requirements:

•                     Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Accountancy, Business Management, Data Analytics and etc)

•                     Minimum 3 years working experience in external audit (preferably in BIG 4 audit firm)

•                     0 - 2 years working experiences in data analysis or data visualisation related job scopes

•                     Good understanding on Power BI, Power Apps and Power Automate will be a strong plus.

•                     Detailed, meticulous and organised personality to handle large amounts of data in structured way

•                     High effective execution and strong sense of responsibility
