About the role

We are looking for a passionate and customer-oriented Service Crew (Waiter/Waitress) to join our team at SINGAPORE HAI DI LAO DINING PTE. LTD. As a Service Crew, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring an enjoyable dining experience for our guests. This is a part-time role with flexible working hours.

What you'll be doing

• Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner

• Assist customers with menu selections, answer questions, and make recommendations

• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently

• Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and courteous manner

• Maintain a clean and organised work area, including clearing and resetting tables

• Respond to customer inquiries and address any concerns promptly

• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service

• Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role, preferably in a Chinese restaurant hotpot setting

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers of diverse backgrounds

• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• A positive, friendly, and professional attitude

• A passion for providing exceptional customer service

• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
