Job responsibilities:
Assist the Cafe Manager in managing daily cafe operations, ensuring seamless coordination between front-of-house and back-of-house teams
Deliver exceptional customer service and handle guest feedback, enquiries, and complaints effectively
Support the supervision, training, and motivation of staff to uphold service excellence and performance standards
Oversee operational flow, including reservations, seating plans, and overall efficiency
Assist with inventory control, stock management, and cost optimisation initiatives
Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and company standard operating procedures
Contribute to achieving outlet targets and supporting the overall performance of the cafe
Requirement:
Minimum 4 years of experience in the F&B industry
Culinary diploma or equivalent certification is an advantage.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities
Customer-oriented, proactive, and solution-focused mindset
Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks
Sound knowledge of restaurant/ cafe operations, inventory control, and health & safety standards
A team player with a professional and approachable attitude
