M&E Coordinator/Supervisor (MNC/A1 main-con) - #1130082

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate daily M&E site activities, including subcontractor meetings, inspections, and progress tracking to meet project schedules and quality standards.

• Ensure subcontractors’ works comply with approved drawings, specifications, safety regulations, and BCA good practices, taking corrective actions for any non-conformance.

• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and vendors on shop drawings, technical submissions, RFIs, method statements, and authority requirements.

• Monitor M&E installation progress, material delivery, and Testing & Commissioning (T&C) activities to ensure smooth integration with architectural and structural works.

• Conduct site inspections with RE/RTO, maintain proper inspection and project records, and support QA/QC, safety, and compliance requirements.

• Identify and resolve coordination, constructability, and technical issues, proposing practical solutions to improve efficiency and reduce cost.

• Assist in environmental, health, and safety programs while ensuring subcontractors comply with RA, SWP, and permit-to-work processes.

• Provide technical guidance, supervision, and mentoring to M&E supervisors and junior staff to ensure seamless team integration and site progress.

Requirements:

• ITE or Polytechnic/Diploma/Degree in Engineering

• Relevant experience in the construction industry
