Responsibilities

• Full spectrum of HR including payroll processing.
• Led end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, interview coordination, reference checks, and employment offer preparation.
• Reviewed and refined recruitment and sourcing strategies on a regular basis to support hiring needs.
• Prepared and maintained HR documentation, including employee personnel files and payroll-related records.
• Assisted with employee benefits administration, covering enrolments, changes, and terminations.
• Supported strategic talent initiatives such as graduate hiring programmes, internships, and job fairs.
• Coordinated employee engagement activities, including training sessions, team-building events, and recognition programmes.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Human Resources or related field with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in payroll operations.
• Experienced in performance management, compensation review, and HR policy development.
• Well-versed in local employment laws and work pass application procedures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR management systems.
