Branch Sales Manager - De Beaute Beauty, Slimming & Spa Wellness

Salary: $4,000 – $8,000/month

Job Overview:

De Beaute is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Branch Sales Manager to lead our team at De Beaute Beauty, Slimming and Wellness Spa. You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving sales performance, managing staff, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience in our branch.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, motivate, and manage the branch sales team to achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and promotional activities to grow branch revenue.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

- Monitor branch performance, analyze sales data, and prepare regular reports for senior management.

- Oversee daily spa operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and facility upkeep.

- Recruit, train, and mentor new staff members to uphold service standards.

- Resolve customer complaints and handle escalations professionally.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety regulations, and industry standards.

Requirements:

• Experienced in Sales, Marketing, or related field.

- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or Branch Manager, preferably in the beauty, slimming, or wellness industry.

- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.

- Track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

- Customer-focused with a passion for the beauty and wellness industry.

- Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
