Our Client:

• Shift Hours

• East - Tampines

• Basic UP $4000 + Bonus

Responsibilities:

• Provide daily IT helpdesk and end-user support during shift hours (including remote assistance when needed).

• Monitor ticketing system and resolve SFC/WMS and manufacturing system issues following SOPs.

• Retrieve data using basic SQL queries.

• Monitor network and server performance; escalate urgent issues; requires basic TCP/IP knowledge.

• Support production label printing issues (Zebra / Sharp printers).

• Conduct IT audits, training, and ensure compliance with internal IT policies.

• Manage IT onboarding/offboarding processes and maintain accurate asset records.

• Handle IT asset setup, installation, configuration, procurement paperwork, and license renewals.

• Update internal knowledge base and assist with root cause analysis for recurring issues.

• Troubleshoot system, application, hardware, and software issues.

• Follow SOPs to monitor and clear real-time system event backlogs.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Information Technology or relevant studies

• 1 Year of IT Experience
