Job Responsibilities:
Sells company products and services to meet sales objectives.
Provide price and delivery quotes to customers within tight deadline.
Monitor, ensure delivery date and product quality meet customer requirements.
Verify customer orders are processed correctly.
Maintain close working relationship with Field Sales Representatives to increase customer account penetration.
Coordinate large quotes and orders with respective stakeholders.
Assist Branch Manager to resolve inventory write-off.
Handle/coordinate quality issues/RMA between sales & customers.
Prepare credit/ debit memos for customers and send to management for approval.
Update system/ customers’ backlog with latest contract prices.
Handle pricing & other issues between sales & customers.
Job Requirements:
Diploma with 2 years working experience in Customer Service or Sales, in Electronics Industry Preferred.
Able to multi-task and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Able to work independently under tight deadlines.
Fluency in spoken English and Mandarin (to liaise with customers in Greater China)
Proficient in MS Office Applications and Excel.
