Salary & Benefits

1. Basic Salary: SGD 2,200 – 3,300

2. Shift Allowance $250 + OT Payable

3. Rotating Shifts (4242): Morning: 6:30 am-4:15 pm; Afternoon: 4:00 pm-1:45 am

4. Additional Benefits:

• Variable bonus of up to 3–5 months annually

• Transport provided (for after hours)

• Up to 9% salary increment (after 1-2 weeks training)

• Annual Flexi Benefits $1700

Job Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot aircraft engine issues

• Disassemble, inspect, repair, and reassemble engine modules

• Perform testing, calibration, and functional checks

• Interpret technical manuals and follow OEM/aviation standards

• Complete maintenance documentation accurately

• Maintain safety, quality, and FOD-prevention practices

What We Are Looking For

• Qualifications: NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace-related fields).

• Minimum 2 years of experience in aerospace/aviation:
