Key Responsibilities
Play a critical role in sales evaluation and portfolio management within the road construction and civil engineering sectors
Conduct market research to identify and assess new sales opportunities
Develop sales strategies in partnership with key stakeholders to ensure alignment with overall business objectives
Prepare sales quotations and support the full due-diligence process, ensuring all relevant factors are thoroughly evaluated
Manage sales projects and collaborate closely with stakeholders to design effective sales structures
Assess business opportunities by building sales models and performing valuation analyses
Monitor and manage the performance of existing portfolio companies to ensure alignment with sales growth targets
Collect, update, and analyse data; perform sales modelling; and track model accuracy by comparing projections with actual outcomes
Work closely with project, operations, and finance teams to achieve shared sales goals
Oversee timely and professional collection of customer payments, maintaining accurate and up-to-date transaction records
Prepare and deliver regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, designers, and contractors to secure repeat business and referrals
Requirements
Min. diploma in Engineering or related field
Min 2 years of working experience in the related field, preferred experience in Road construction, building, civil engineering, e-commence
Experience with sales project management and development with sales analysis mindset and knowledge
Familiarity with financial analysis and sales investment strategies, good technical and
Comfortable with number crunching
