Warehouse Assistant (Kallang/5 days) - #1129910

Our client is a Singapore’s leading distributor for electrical, lighting, control and safety products and accessories. Currently, they are looking for few warehouse assistants to join their family.

Job Details

• Salary range: $2000-$2500 (depends on experience)

• Working Hour: Monday to Friday (8am-5.30pm)

• Working Location: Kallang (Central)

• Benefits:  Performance Bonus (Twice a year), quarterly incentive, annual profit sharing

Job Description

• Attend daily briefings and follow instructions from supervisors.

• Read and interpret Pick Lists and Delivery Orders accurately.

• Assist in daily operations including receiving, picking, packing, put-away, shipping, and dispatch.

• Operate mobile devices and ERP systems as required.

• Support loading & unloading of goods from trucks and containers.

• Attend to customers for self-collection or sample viewing.

• Support the sales team with tasks such as goods measurements or documentation.

• Perform regular visual safety checks around work areas (e.g., loading bays, warehouse zones).

• Investigate stock discrepancies when required.

• Coach or guide colleagues on operational processes.

• Provide ad hoc assistance in deliveries when assigned.

Job Requirement

• Candidate with warehouse experience or forklift license will be an added advantage
