We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Technical Support Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide technical assistance, support equipment troubleshooting, handle machines safely, and maintain accurate documentation to ensure smooth operations for our equipment and devices.


Key Responsibilities

Technical Support & Troubleshooting

  • Provide basic technical assistance and troubleshooting for equipment and devices.

  • Support the repair and testing of machines returned from client sites or regional teams.

Machine Handling & Logistics

  • Assist with moving, lifting, and handling machines during repair and maintenance activities.

  • Inspect incoming machines to ensure proper condition before sending them to clients or regional teams.

Coordination & Communication

  • Communicate effectively with internal teams, vendors, and regional partners.

  • Provide timely updates and documentation related to equipment status, troubleshooting actions, and inspection results.

Documentation & Reporting

  • Prepare technical reports and maintain accurate records of inspections, repairs, and machine handling activities.

  • Use Excel, Word, and PowerPoint to document issues, track tasks, and prepare reports or presentations.


Key Requirements

  • Diploma in Engineering, Electronics, or related technical field.

  • 1–3 years of experience in technical support or equipment handling, preferably in medical devices or related industries.

  • Basic understanding of machine troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance processes.

  • Strong organizational and documentation skills; proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

  • Comfortable communicating in English and Mandarin.

  • Physically able to handle, lift, and move equipment safely.

  • Highly self-driven, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
