Junior Cloud Consultant | Up to $3700 | Changi #9398 - #1129838

Duration: 1 year (Renewable Contract)

Location: Changi Airport

Salary: $3500 - $3700 + 1 Month completion bonus

Working hours: 8:30am -6pm (Mon-Fri)

Job Responsibilities

1. Cloud Infrastructure Management

• Assist in designing, deploying, and configuring cloud environments, including virtual machines, containers, and serverless platforms

• Monitor and optimize cloud resources to ensure performance, reliability, and cost efficiency

• Troubleshoot and resolve cloud infrastructure issues related to networking, security, and access controls

2. Collaboration & Integration

• Work closely with development teams to ensure smooth integration of cloud-based applications with existing infrastructure and services

• Support solution designs and project implementations in line with IT policies, guidelines, and technical requirements

3. Vendor & Stakeholder Management

• Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to ensure smooth operations, timely issue resolution, and adherence to service-level agreements (SLAs)

4. Support & Advisory

• Provide technical guidance and support to end-users on cloud-related issues and best practices

• Stay updated with emerging cloud technologies and industry trends, assessing their potential impact on the organization

5. Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain and manage IT architecture and artefact repositories

• Document cloud configurations, processes, and procedures for reference and training purposes

• Prepare reports and documentation, and provide updates to the Officer-In-Charge

Job Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in cloud infrastructure support, preferably with AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform

• Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts such as Infrastructure as Code (IaC), serverless computing, containerization, and microservices architecture

• Experience in cloud security, compliance, and governance frameworks (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, SOC 2)

• Familiarity with cloud monitoring, automation, and cost optimization tools is a plus

• Relevant cloud certifications such as AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, Microsoft Azure Fundamentals, or Google Associate Cloud Engineer will be an advantage
