1. Site Supervisor (Electrical) /5.5 days @Woodlands /Up to $3,500

• Manage electrical projects to ensure they meet specifications, timelines and budget.

• Work with project managers, engineers and stakeholders to develop project plans.

• Manage resource allocation to ensure efficient use of materials and labour.

• Supervise a team of construction workers by assigning tasks and monitoring work progress.

• Provide training to the team and ensure safety protocols are complied. 

• Inspect and test electrical systems/equipment to ensure quality and compliance with met.

• ITE/Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering

• At least 1 years of experience in handling projects.
  

2. Site Supervisor (Building) /6 days @Jurong /Up to $4,500

• Monitor progress of works and work with Main-con/stakeholder to executive job scope.

• Ensure seamless operation workflow and improve department’s processes.

• Enforcement of SOP to ensure quality of works and bring down rectification costs.

• Assign task to foreman/workers & ensure comply with ISO standards.

• Ensure workers have been trained and certified for the works.

• Risk assessment & ensure risk control measures are implemented including legal requirements adhered.

• Conduct investigation into accidents, incidents & non-conformities.

• OH&S inspection & submit report to Manager. Ensure that permit-to-work system is implemented.

• Communicate risk assessments and safe work procedures to all affected persons.

• Inspect work area prior to work commencement and ensure that work area is safe from hazards.

• Conduct daily toolbox meeting, submit rectification papers to Manager for documentation/analysis.

• Submit monthly repair cost reports to Manager about repair expenses.

• Inspires colleagues and subordinates, fostering a positive working environment.

• Motivate workers such as replacing machinery/tools/equipment.

• Oversee the batching plant operations, ensuring precise chemical dosing according to the design mix.

• Maintain equipment in optimal condition to prevent delays in concrete batching.

• Uphold the quality of freshly batched concrete to prevent on-site rejection.

• ITE/Diploma/Technical certificate in Engineering with Class 3 License

• Willing to travel various sites with 2 years of experience in M&E/Construction industry
