About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Temporary Officer. You will manage mobile coverage complaints and work closely with internal teams and mobile network operators (MNOs) to ensure Quality of Service (QoS) standards are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and follow up on mobile coverage complaints.

• Coordinate with the Telecom Project Management (TPM) team for coverage measurements.

• Validate complaints through site tests with TPM.

• Track measurement completion and share results with the QoS team.

• Liaise with mobile network operators (MNOs) on complaints and request improvement plans.

• Ensure timely submission of enhancement plans by MNOs.

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: Diploma or GCE ‘A’ Levels.

• Strong writing and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.

• Technical knowledge and confidence to handle pushbacks from mobile operators and address concerns from residents/building management.

• Familiarity with QoS frameworks and related guidelines (e.g., COPIF) is advantageous.

• Ability to build rapport and engage professionally with TPM, MNOs, and building management.

• Independent, diligent, and able to work with minimal supervision.
