Sales Representative (Healthcare Industry)

Job Description

We are representing a client in the healthcare industry who is looking for a Sales Representative to support and grow their business in the Central Region. This role involves consultative selling of healthcare solutions to hospitals, clinics, and related stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and qualify new sales leads through prospecting and networking

• Conduct face-to-face meetings and product demonstrations with prospective clients

• Understand customer needs and propose suitable healthcare solutions

• Negotiate pricing and contractual terms to successfully close sales

• Maintain accurate sales activities and pipeline records in CRM systems

• Collaborate with internal teams to support sales strategies and campaigns

• Attend industry-related events to keep abreast of market trends and competitors

Requirements

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; minimum 1 year of sales experience is an advantage

• Prior exposure to healthcare, pharmaceutical, or medical device sales is preferred

• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills

• Results-driven with good negotiation and objection-handling abilities

• Comfortable with sales targets and performance-based incentives

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related fields preferred

• Candidates with nursing qualifications will be given priority
