Retail Sales Consultant – Lifestyle Products (Base + Incentives) - #1129674

Our client is seeking a customer-focused Retail Sales Consultant to manage daily showroom operations and deliver an excellent in-store experience. This role involves direct customer engagement, sales achievement, and after-sales support for both walk-in and corporate customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the retail showroom

• Deliver a professional and engaging in-store customer experience

• Promote and sell products to walk-in and corporate customers

• Achieve individual and monthly sales targets

• Attend to customer enquiries and provide product consultations

• Handle POS system, payments, and cash float

• Manage in-store inventory and conduct regular stock takes

• Liaise with back-office teams on sales-related matters

• Handle customer feedback and after-sales service follow-ups

• Conduct customer satisfaction follow-ups

• Maintain accurate daily sales records

• Perform general housekeeping and upkeep of showroom

• Support ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Diploma qualification with at least 3 years of relevant retail or sales experience

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills

• Sales-driven and service-oriented mindset

• Comfortable working retail hours and showroom environment

• Prior experience in consultative or showroom sales is an advantage
