Responsibilities:

* Report directly to the Project Manager, VDC Manager, and BIM Manager

* For senior roles, lead and supervise a team of VDC/BIM Coordinators and Engineers

* Develop models, manage construction documentation, and apply production techniques

* Collaborate with both internal and external teams to successfully deliver VDC projects

* Establish, maintain, and ensure proper use of company and project-specific standards, templates, and content

* Create and manage Model Families and ensure adherence to BIM standards during model development

* Assist in identifying and resolving BIM/VDC design challenges

* Stay proficient in relevant software through continuous practice and training

Requirements:

* Certificate, Diploma, Degree, or equivalent qualification in a relevant field

* Specialist Diploma in BIM and VDC (issued by BCA) is an added advantage

* Prior site experience in building or civil engineering projects is beneficial

* Background in design, drafting, modeling, technical planning, or engineering

* Proficiency in BIM authoring tools such as Autodesk Revit and Navisworks

* Knowledge of Autodesk Dynamo and Revit API-based applications is an advantage

* Strong working knowledge of current BIM software versions and related applications
