Job Scope:

• Manage and coordinate sea freight import shipments

• Monitor shipment costs, timelines and service quality

• Prepare import documents such as HB/L, MBL, manifests, pre-alerts and customs declarations (TradeNet)

• Perform system data entry, general shipping tasks and handle all transactions accurately.

• Follow up with CFS warehouses or overseas offices on short-landed, damaged or discrepant cargo

• Respond to customer enquiries and handle complaints professionally

• Prepare payment vouchers, check vendor costs and close shipment files

• Ensure all charges are billed and collected on time

• Communicate with customers, shipping lines, transport teams, truckers and overseas offices to ensure smooth delivery

• Keep customers updated on shipment status and documentation

• Liaise with customers, warehouses, carriers, depots, trucking, insurance and customs parties as required

• Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain or related field

• Basic knowledge of ocean freight import operations

• Able to communicate clearly with customers and internal teams

• Able to manage multiple shipments and meet deadlines
