Responsibilities:
Handle daily corporate sales enquiries, orders, quotations, and follow-up documentation
Engage new and existing clients to grow corporate accounts and drive revenue
Attend and manage after-office-hours events at the company’s venue, including handling customer orders and closing of the venue
Build strong customer relationships through face-to-face interactions during events
Coordinate with operations and event teams to ensure smooth event execution
Identify new sales opportunities and support marketing or promotional activities when required
Ensure accurate record-keeping of sales, customer information, and event details
Represent the brand professionally at external events, tastings, and customer activities
Requirements:
Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in engaging with new people
Independent, outgoing, and able to perform well in a flexible, event-driven schedule
Comfortable working after office hours and travelling to different event locations
Candidates who are comfortable with wine/liquor products will have an advantage
Prior sales or events experience is preferred but not mandatory
