IT Executive - Manufacturing
5 days (Mon-Fri, 8am-5.45pm)
Location: Woodlands
Basic Salary: $3200 - $3500

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and troubleshoot IT hardware, including PCs, printers, and barcode scanners.

• Support and manage network infrastructure such as LAN/WAN, switches, routers, and Wi-Fi systems.

• Administer servers, file storage, and domain controllers to ensure reliable system performance

• Manage user accounts, email systems, and access permissions through Active Directory.

• Monitor and maintain IT security, including antivirus, firewalls, and data protection measures.

• Perform regular system backups and ensure effective disaster recovery processes.

• Provide technical support for manufacturing and production systems

• Install, configure, and maintain both standard and custom software applications.

• Implement IT policies, maintain compliance with security standards ,and manage IT assets.

• Prepare documentation, reports, and provide user support or training as required.

Requirements:

• Knowledge in Windows, networking, and hardware support,

• Familiar with ERP/MES system.

• Ability to work independently and handle issues with minimal supervision.

• Able to provide on-site IT support on production areas
