Work scope, duties and responsibilities
1. Assist the Customer Service carrying out sales and shipping activities.
2. Conducts regular stock assessment.
3. To monitor on time delivery performance of customers' parts.
4. Notify QA Manager about any major repairs and maintenances on company truck by driver.
5. Schedule and arrange for company truck's servicing activity.
6. To generate official delivery order to customers and ensure acknowledgement of delivery order by customer for billing purpose.
7 To report to customers on delivery schedule.
8. Any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Company from time to time.
Qualifications / Experience
· Min. O level in any discipline with experience in logistic
· Basic computer skills
Working Day/ Hours : 5 Working Days,
Monday - Friday : 8.30am to 6pm, (able to commit OT during weekend)
Sunday - Thursday: 8.30 to 6pm
Tuesday to Saturday: 8.30 to 6pm
