About the Role

We’re looking for an energetic and self-motivated individual to manage in-store merchandising, product displays, and retail sales. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our brand looks great, sells well, and leaves a lasting impression on every shopper.

Key Responsibilities

Retail Merchandising Excellence

• Set up and maintain attractive product displays at departmental stores, pop-ups, and retail partners.

• Ensure shelves are well-stocked, neatly arranged, and correctly priced.

• Support seasonal themes and visual merchandising campaigns to boost brand visibility.

Customer Engagement & Sales

• Be the brand representative on the retail floor — engage, sample, and convert shoppers into buyers.

• Share product knowledge and highlight brand stories to enhance the customer experience.

• Build strong rapport with outlet teams to encourage higher sell-through and brand awareness.

Stock & Inventory Coordination

• Monitor stock levels, conduct regular checks, and arrange for replenishment when needed.

• Coordinate delivery or restock activities to maintain smooth store operations.

Who We’re Looking For

• Cheerful, confident, and loves interacting with people.

• Able to travel to multiple store locations.

• Able to carry light stock or sampling materials.

• Responsible, independent, and sales-driven.

• Experience in retail, FMCG, or merchandising is an advantage.
