Responsibilities:

• Record transactions and events relating to inventory, accruals, prepayments, capital structure, and finance costs.
• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and disclosure notes.
• Reconcile accounts and provide analysis for the organisation's financial transactions.
• Operate accounting information systems efficiently and effectively.
• Manage a documented system of accounting policies and procedures.
• Compile accurate tax-related (GST) information for the organisation.
• Provide accurate and timely GST returns to the relevant authorities.
• Ensure there is a common understanding of the need for ethical and professional approaches in dealing with tax-related issues.
• Participate in budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Respond to internal and external auditors on audit data, variances, and audit findings.
• Resolve issues and deficiencies arising from audit findings.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accounting/Finance with 3 years of relevant experience.
• MUST have experience handling high volume of 100/ day
• MUST be strong in excel
