Salary Range: SGD 2,500–3,000 (depending on experience)

About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated Admin Assistant (Care Advisory Trainee) to support families through the process of hiring a live-in caregiver for their elderly loved ones. This role begins with administrative and operations support, and includes a structured 12-month progression pathway toward becoming a Junior Care Advisor, a client-facing role that guides families in selecting suitable caregivers.

Key Responsibilities
Phase 1: Admin & Operations Training (Months 1–6)
Process work permit applications for caregivers
Prepare hiring documentation (contracts, agreements, job offers)
Coordinate caregiver onboarding (insurance, forms, arrival arrangements)
Communicate with overseas partners, local agencies & caregivers
Perform timely follow-ups with clients and caregivers
Handle administrative cases and escalate non-standard matters
Phase 2: Care Advisory Development (Months 7–12)
Attend structured advisory training modules
Learn caregiver matching frameworks (care needs, preferences, skill fit)
Shadow senior advisors on client interviews and consultations
Assist in basic advisory tasks under supervision
Develop client communication, assessment and decision-support skills
Post-Training (After 12 Months)
Eligible for internal promotion to Care Advisor based on performance
Potential for remuneration review and pathway toward EPass eligibility
Requirements

You are someone who:
Communicates clearly in English
Is organised, responsible and proactive
Enjoys helping people and understands family needs
Is willing to obtain CEI (Basic) – fully sponsored
Works well independently and in a team
Degree or diploma in any field (Finance, Business, Hospitality, Healthcare, Nursing etc.)
No prior experience required – full training provided.
What We Offer
Salary: $2,500–$3,000 depending on experience
