• Central

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8 to 9 hours per day

Contract Duration: 2 years contract (renewable) - From May 2026 to May 2028

Job Description:

• Review and provide advice on product labelling, packaging and food claims to ensure compliance to food regulatory framework.

• Review and provide advice of advertising and marketing materials according to ensure compliance to food guidelines.

• Monitor regulatory changes and advise partners accordingly.

• Conduct audit checks on food products

• Respond to general enquires

• Maintain accurate records of all regulatory submissions, correspondences, and approvals.

• Processing of data and monthly reports to client

• Serve as the main contact for assigned accounts, building strong client relationships.

• Assist partners on their challenges and issues to offer relevant advice

Job Requirements:

• Minimally Diploma in Food Science/Diploma in Nutrition and/or Dietetics.

• At least 2 years of working experience in Food Regulatory

• Preferably WSQ Food Labelling Good Practices

• Good attention to detail and ability to understand regulatory guidelines

• Strong stakeholder collaboration written and communication skills
