What You'll Do:

• Provide a warm, personalized, and outstanding experience for every customer.

• Develop solid product expertise—from materials and craftsmanship to styling options—to confidently assist shoppers.

• Contribute to meeting sales goals by engaging customers proactively and offering well-considered recommendations.

• Keep inventory accurate by performing routine stock counts and maintaining proper records.

• Ensure the store is kept in pristine condition, with visual displays that showcase the brand’s identity and current promotions.

• Willing and able to work retail hours (44 hours per week for 5 days).

• Work Location: Jewel Changi/ Changi Airport
  

What You Bring:

• Relevant experience preferably in retail / luxury brands.

• Passion for luxury products and jewelry and a keen sense of style

• Professional, well-groomed, and equipped with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
