Job Description & Requirements

1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Quantity Survey or equivalent.

2. At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in main-con companies.

3. Preferably have local construction experiences.

4. Meticulous, Independent, Proactive, Ability to work in a team.

5. Proficient in MS Excel and the ability to learn new specialist software

Responsibilies

1. Responsible for measuring quantities and taking off

2. Obtaining quotation, liaise and negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers

3. Prepare and analyze cost comparison

4. Preparation and resolution of progress claims, variation orders and final accounts

5. Evaluation and certification of subcontractors’ progress claims, variation orders and final account

6. Attend site meetings to capture all variation claims, preparation of interim valuations and potential variation works

7. Liaise with Client and Consultants on all contractual issues

8. Handle other assigned duties or related job as required
